You'll enjoy some hours walking through woods, picking truffles along with a special guide, also an expert, but mostly a friend who will teach how to find truffles with her wonderful and inseparable dog.
After this wonderful experience, you'll have a special truffle lunch to enjoy this special natural product.
If you prefer not to drive, we can book you a car/minivan with a personal chauffeur; the cost is € 250 for up to 3 people and € 300 for up to 8 people. Please specify it in the booking form.
People stand in Florence; we suggest taking a train from Florence to San Miniato. It starts every 60 min from Florence and stops at San Miniato train station; the ride is about 40 minutes, and the round trip cost is approximately € 11 per person. Please check the timetable here

Once at San Miniato train station, you can take a taxi. Antonio, the local taxi driver, already knows how to take you to us.
We had the Luxury Truffle Experience. It was a surprise celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. From the moment Antonio met us at Vucecchio San Maniato Station, during the intense collaboration between the delightful Francesca and her dog, finding several white and black truffles along her secret forest path, to the exquisite multi-course truffle lunch in her family mansion, everything was perfect.
My group did a private truffle hunt with Francesca and one of her dogs, Choco! Afterward we had probably the BEST four-course lunch at her family's beautiful estate and I have to say that was the best meal we had eaten during our week spent in Rome and Florence. Choco found three truffles and it was incredible watching dog and handler working as a team to find these delicacies. Thank you for welcoming us in your home and for this unforgettable experience!
